about

This Rørospols is a popular traditional Norwegian dance tune.
Megan first heard Òran nam Mogaisean from the singing of Margaret Bennet. The song was written by Murdo MacArthur after learning how to make moccasins from his Mi’kmaq neighbours in Newfoundland. MacArthur’s people were from the Isle of Canna.
